For me (i'm a bit metro) it depends if it's a nice skirt. Tight jeans are just whatever normal clothes. ';Skirt with leggings'; is a pretty broad statement so I couldn't really give you an answer. Whats the skirts length and color? Does it have designs and if so what kind? What is the skirts shape? Is it ruffled like potatoe chips? Does it have a slit? And by leggings do you mean like pants? Or a type of stockings? If it's pants then it's ugly as heck but if stockings then it should be nice (then again depends on dress). Also what occasion are you dressing for?
