Hey guys I need some advice on fat loss,I am 17 and weigh 195lbs,How can I lose the fat without losing muscles?

My lean body mass is 141.6 and body fat is 27.1%Hey guys I need some advice on fat loss,I am 17 and weigh 195lbs,How can I lose the fat without losing muscles?
Oh, how much I understand you! But all these cardio workout programs and diets just don’t work… Reading a lot on this subject, I found out how many unproductive myths there are about how we gain and how we should lose fat! It’s amazing..

For instance, that there is no fat loss magic to doing cardio on an empty stomach. In fact, most trainers “in-the-know” are using intervals instead of slow, boring cardio to help their clients burn fat fast. And honestly, who wants to be doing boring cardio at 6am while their stomach is rumbling? And now, it’s finally discovered that long cardio or aerobic workouts several days a week are the WORST WAY to burn fat.

The fact is we’re burning fat all the time, even while you sit and read Yahoo Answers here. So you don’t need working out every day, but it’s just enough to do 3 short home fitness workouts per week of 45 minutes with no cardio at all...

Maybe the greatest is the Late-Night-Eating myth... And here I too discovered that what my body usually tells me was the right thing: Going to bed hungry is one of the WORST THINGS YOU CAN DO.

Another thing is that those crappy infomercial abs gizmos WILL NOT burn your belly fat or give you a flatter stomach and six pack abs. But you're going to burn belly fat 5 times faster by using certain full body exercises that don't actually target your abs at all...

Another myth is that we can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time... Well, the truth is we can.

A proper permanent fat loss is about throwing away those good old myths and start doing the right thing in the most natural way. It’s called Fat Furnace; see here: http://tinyurl.com/ffurnaceHey guys I need some advice on fat loss,I am 17 and weigh 195lbs,How can I lose the fat without losing muscles?
i'm assuming you're a male? if you are male, your body fat percentage says you are obese. if you are female, your body fat percentage says you are above average. Either way, I';m sure you want to loose some extra pounds.

Get a membership at a gym. That way, you know you won't loose muscle because you are lifting.

Alternate the muscles you work out. One day should be an upper body day, the next day should be lower body day.

On lower body days, do cardio for about 20 minutes. Ab work is also good.

Eat healthy foods. Tuna, Chicken, Turkey for protein. Apples, Grapefruit, Oranges for fruit. Carrots, Celery, baroccoli, for vegetables. Whole grains instead of white. Pistachios instead of potato chips.

Protein shakes are also pretty good.

Aim for 1500 - 1800 calories per day. Depending on your goal.

Good luck.
Unfortunately, a quick ‘solution’ is not the answer to keeping those pounds off in the long term. The best weight loss tips advocate healthy food and exercise and discourage fad or crash diets that produce initial water loss and short term loss of weight that very often upsets the delicate balance of your body’s metabolism.

Losing weight is a slow, gradual process and requires a combination of healthy eating, balanced nutrition and exercise. Try not to place unrealistic expectations on yourself and be prepared for setbacks. If you falter, do not be too hard on yourself and commit to starting afresh the next day.

There are also many natural weight loss supplements available that are effective in helping you to achieve your goal weight and support a healthy metabolism naturally. Herbal and homeopathic remedies are gentle on the body’s system, helping to create the conditions necessary for weight stabilization and balance.

These natural weight loss supplements also promote overall physical, mental and emotional health. Herbs such as Fucus vesiculosis, Gallium aperine, Taraxacum officinalis, Glycorrhiza glabra, and Erythrea centaurium can help to boost the metabolism, improve liver and digestive functioning and keep the weight off. Another helpful herb is Garcinia cambogia that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine as a natural appetite suppressant.
Running, sittups, planks, leglifts, and more fiber in your diet
Food:

Stay away from white grains like pasta, bread, flour, and rice. When eating grains go for whole wheat, it’s a lot healthier and has fewer calories. When eating meat, always go for lean or extra lean if available. Also stay away from junk food – of course! But, don’t demonize it, because if you are the type who loves their chocolate bars and you completely cut yourself off, you’ll only want them more. Cut down you junk intake to once a week, and on the day you have that chocolate bar make a mental note to get an extra 15 minutes of exercise that day.

Make sure you drink lots of water; it helps your metabolism and hydrates your body (obviously). If you don’t drink enough water your body will think its going to be starved, and will go into “survival mode” – this’ll cause your body to retain all the water you do drink and all the fat it can get because its preparing to be starved. Also, drinking green tea every morning increases your daily metabolism by 17%. You can take vitamin b complex to increase your metabolism as well. Try eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism working, and never skip breakfast! Skipping breakfast will slow your metabolism for the day!

When you snack only snack on fruits and veggies – they’re nutritious and delicious! And low in calories. My doctor recommended eating a slice of cheese with a piece of fruit as a snack so your also getting protein with your fruit. Try to stop eating after 7 pm, and only drink tea, milk, or water after that. This’ll prevent you from going to bed with food in your stomach that won’t be burned while you’re sleeping; it’ll just get turned into fat that you don’t want.

Exercise:

For exercise, make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, but I’d recommend 60 minutes. Do cardio exercise every day as well as strength exercises like push ups and crunches. Combining the two exercises will help to prevent having saggy skin once you’ve lost weight. Swimming can be a good strength exercise if you like going to the pool or lake – it tones everything at once and its fun! While you’re doing cardio (like jogging or running) make a routine that’ll challenge you but not over work you. Try running for 5 minutes then walking for 5. If that gets too easy try running for 6 walking for 4 etc.
A few things you can work on which will vastly improve your body fat percentage as well as your energy level, self-esteem, and mental focus.

Try this for two weeks and you'll definitely see a major improvement in your RIPPED appearance. AND, this doesn't involve popping dangerous diet pills:

First, Start eating fresh (not canned) pineapple. Pineapples have dozens of nutrients that are useful for your entire body, especially your digestive system and metabolism!!!. Slice one up and snack on it. Eat one whole pineapple every two days. Do this for a couple weeks and you'll notice a substantial, SUBSTANTIAL improvement in the quality of your body and skin. Pineapples contain about a dozen nutrients that improve your body inside and out.

- Next, whenever you drink water, juice, etc. squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon or lime into it (No crappy bottled lemon juice please!). This will give you a good shot of pure, natural vitamin C, which also has a long list of positive effects for your energy level and immune system. AND it kills your appetite. Drink two glasses of lemon water every time you get the urge to chomp on hot dogs or cheeze doodles.

- Start taking Omega-3 supplements every day. These contain ';good'; oils that not only benefit your skin, they improve your mood and attention span as well.

- Every three days, take 1000 IU of oil-based vitamin E and 300 MG of Selenium. Vitamin E has a decades long track record of revitalizing skin. And you need the selenium to help metabolize the vitamin E in your body.

As with all vitamins, remember to take them with your meals and never on an empty stomach.

- Okay, now the hard part: You need, no, you MUST start engaging in at least 45 to 60 minutes of intense aerobic activity every day. That means running, bicycling, elliptical machines, stairmaster or an intense aerobics class. Let me be very precise about this: I'm talking about fast-motion total body exercise that causes you to break into a profuse, dripping sweat. Sweating is the way the human skin rids itself of toxins. Aerobic exercise also improves the tone of all muscles and organs in your body. Aerobic exercise will also do something extremely beneficial to your sleep pattern. The quality of your sleep will improve, and the quantity you’ll need will decrease. In other words, the efficiency of your sleep will skyrocket. Your energy level, attention span, and mood will also substantially improve. So, start doing 45 to 60 minutes of intense sweat-dripping aerobic exercise every day. However, it is important that you start doing it every day. So, even though this step is the hardest, it is the most important. This really revitalizes your skin. I know you don't believe me. So, I'm telling you to try it for two weeks.

The last part will really help you to lose weight AND look tight. A lot of people lose a boatload of weight but do NOT lose the flab. By doing intense aerobic exercise you lose weight AND tighten your body to an insane degree. I know, you still don't believe me. Try it for a couple weeks. You'll see...... you'll see.
