Basically what I am asking is what worked and didn't work for you. What things should I make sure to stay away from, what were your guilty pleasures, etc. Feel free to share as much or as little as you want. What is the best advice that you can give...(guys and girls okay)?
I agree with the first answer. It seems like every pregnant women reads way to much and doesn't listen to their body. My doctor gave me very good advice early in my pregnancy! Don't listen to what you read on the internet or in most books. These people are usually not doctor and although may have good intentions don't really know what they are talking about! If I ever had a question I was supposed to call the doctors office and not look in a book. She said more women make themselves crazy over reading let your body do it's job we are made to make children healthy babies survive. What is the best advice that you can give...(guys and girls okay)?
Nothing is normal and pregnancy...and always expect your morning sickness to be back or just waiting to return.
Just listen to your body, take care of both of your bodies, and use common sense (even though you feel like you can never think while pregnant).
And most importantly, you're pregnant not dead (or dying), so have fun and try to enjoy!
The best advice I can give is listen to your own body...when your tired sit down and put your feet up, if your body is telling you something is to much for you to do dont do it. Congratulations =]
Don't tell the whole world you are pregnant until after your first trimester. Second, relax and enjoy the pregnancy (even if you get morning sickness, keep in mind that it's temporary)
Congrats!
