Why do guys look to other guys for advice?

Men listen to women too. Remember Adam and Eve?
i don't like seeing people fail, i don't like to see myself fail. i help others for that reason and that is the reason others help me(i think so anyways)
It's not entirely a dog-eat-dog world. Cooperation and mutual defense is more productive. The alternative is the slapstick routine (often used on ';That '70's Show';) where people climb over each other trying to get up the stairs, with the result that no one gets up the stairs. Or in more serious terms, the Middle East where warring tribes have kept the area in the Dark Ages for centuries.





And in the end, guys trust other guys to know where they're coming from and to speak from experience. I love that beer commercial with the ';world's most interesting man'; whose worst enemies have him listed as their emergency contact! That says it all.
Common experience, cooperation makes many things easier.
