Advice for building confidence for talking to guys?

I've found it easy to approach men who i find attractive (both looks %26amp; personality) when knowing most likely nothing will happen because they're much older, my teachers, far away relatives, etc. If I know there is someone who is appropriate for me then I get this overwhelming fear and although it is totally illogical i cant seem to get around it. Any ideas on how to make myself a sort of ';safety net'; so that I can try to get to know some interesting guys similar to how I approach the inaccessible men?Advice for building confidence for talking to guys?
well u should practice for example in the mirror girls these days have to have confiendence thats what makes a girl beatiful her confidence if u don't have it boys will just move on so talk to him just say the basics how are u doin don't talk about dumb stuff.just breath and talk to the guy. be sure of yourself and don't let nobody elsse tell u different cuz who ever does there jealious and they are hatersAdvice for building confidence for talking to guys?
Confidence and I have found it comes with age and knowing who you are. It's still hard for me to walk up to an extremely attractive girl in a bar or public place, but there are other ways to find attractive people and the best way is through groups and organizations. If you're a girl...most guys would be totally shocked if you showed interest in them and if they don't like you...there are plenty of other ones out there!
