like what they say compliment the guy, be nice to him smile often ask him how's he doing just don't start being all over him or start calling him everyday or don't start following him he might stay away from you and think that your a stalker or a psycho. you know just simple stuff like saying hello, smile and ask!
just show that you're interested... like joining in their discussions or something of the like

when you speak to him touch him on his arm. not his hand but anywhere on his arm. that is the simplest and most well know way to show interest
