Unfortunately you can't MAKE someone like you or want you...all you can do is be yourself and hope that he likes you for who you are. If you're not an immature girl then you won't come across as an immature girl, right? Be yourself, and if he doesn't like you as you are, then he's not the right guy for you anyways.Girls or guys! advice on getting a guy thats?
You attract his attention by behaving like you're mature and relaxed and confident. Nothing artificial - he'll see right through that.

Nothing says self-assured like introducing yourself and striking up a conversation. AND nothing says ';Lady'; like being gracious and polite if he turns out to be a jerk and is rude to you.
well... it's actually more natural for a guy to date a girl younger than him. I don't know exactly what grades you are in, but you'll have to bear in mind that he'll graduate before you, go to college, and that will likely change a lot of your relationship. If he's close to graduating, he might be a little objected to dating someone who isn't in his same grade simply because he won't see them.

For the time being, don't be afraid to go after him, but don't stalk him. Give him the occasional opportunity to talk to you, go after the opportunities to make him pursue you. He might have a bit too much pride to date someone who is pursuing him... he probably prefers it the other way around.
do not think things so difficult, just take it easy
really talk to him. after a couple weeks just ask him to goto the movies or sumthin like tht. if he says yah then tht meens @ least he thinks ur pretty. if he says no. heyy, his loss rite?
